Each Dragon Kite is handmade with printed or painted silk like material stretched over a framework of Bamboo. The head of a Dragon Kite is fierce looking. Dragon Kites fly by means of the tail. The tail is the first part of the Dragon Kite released and as the tail climbs higher, more tail is released until finally the head is pulled up.
